What do I do AFTER THE JUMP START?

Are you at your goal yet?

If not, you can keep doing the 7 days to really help you get there. If you are at your goal, then now you can continue to follow the guidelines of the plan and make it YOUR lifestyle.

Use the recipe book, use your favorite meals or days from the jump start, and make it your own.

ALWAYS follow the guidelines as set forth in the jump start and you should be on your way to a LIFETIME full of energy and healthy eating!
